Kelas Asas Decoupage April 2018

BungaTelur.com akan mengadakan kelas untuk mempelajari teknik decoupage di atas pinggan seramik/cermin kayu. Semua bahan akan disediakan. Hasil kerja boleh dibawa balik.

Jadual kelas adalah seperti berikut:

Kelas Decoupage December 2012

Jika anda masih mencari tempat untuk belajar asas decoupage, masih belum terlambat kerana kelas terakhir untuk tahun 2012 akan di adakan pada 15 Dec 2012, hari Sabtu jam 2-5:30 petang. Lokasi di Puchong dengan yuran serendah RM60.
Anda akan berpeluang membuat decoupage samada di atas pinggan seramik atau atas bingkai bercermin dari IKEA. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam kelas adalah dari jenama Jo Sonja, Plaid dan Americana. Hasil decoupage selepas kelas boleh dibawa pulang.
Selain teknik asas menggunting dan menampal motif dari tisu serta mewarna medium, anda juga akan belajar cara-cara untuk menulis quote di atas medium yang telah di decoupage kan serta asas membuat shading.
Semua kemahiran asas ini boleh digunapakai apabila anda ingin menghasilkan pelbagai seni decoupage untuk hiasan rumah mahu pun sebagai hadiah kepada rakan dan saudara terdekat.

Decoupage On Chopping Board

I have never done decoupage on chopping board before. This was done as part of the exchange gift program we did in Geng Decoupage group on Facebook recently.
I intentionally join such activity so that I will do something beyond my comfort level in craft.
After searching high and low for a suitable plastic chopping board, I found a good one in Daiso. It’s quite a challenge for me to decide on the motif of the napkin since I’ve never done a kitchen related craft. Luckily I found some leftover napkin with fruits motif.
The initial plan was to make maroon as the main color theme but since the napkin motifs are mostly in brown, I have to change the color theme. To trace the wording on the surface of the chopping board is quite a challenge as well since the surface is not really smooth.
Overall I am quite happy with the outcome of this chopping board. Anyone interested to order a custom made chopping board like this with wordings of your choice, please leave a comment or contact me at farah[at]bungatelur.com.

Decoupage Board For Housewarming Gift

A friend ordered this as a house warming gift for her relative. I found a decoupage napkin with nature and birds motif.
I also found a great quotes that reflects family and home.
As per request, I also added motif of flowers around the board. Overall I am quite happy with the decoupage arrangement for this plaque.
Another friend is also interested with the picture of the birds but I’m not sure whether it will look good with dark purple as the color theme since the birds are in brown and dark green color tone. Will have to try it with purple theme one of these days.

Bunga Tangan Bunga Dip

Jika anda masih mencari bunga tangan yang sesuai digayakan di hari pernikahan, pertunangan atau hari persandingan, mungkin idea bunga tangan dari bunga dip ini boleh diguna pakai.
Harga bermula dari RM80 untuk size sederhana. Bunga tangan dalam contoh gambar terdiri dari gabungan warna cream dan putih. Yang berminat untuk menempah, boleh email kepada farah[at]bungatelur.com. Saya perlukan 1-2 bulan masa untuk menyiapkan tempahan (bergantung kepada queue order).
Untuk yang berminat untuk mencuba buat sendiri, anda juga boleh belajar asas membuat bunga dip. Kelas selalunya akan diadakan pada hari Sabtu atau Ahad, 1-2 kali sebulan bergantung kepada permintaan.

Bunga Songket Ungu

Untuk yang mencari kelainan, mungkin boleh mencuba membuat bunga songket. Cara pembuatannya sedikit rumit kerana rangka dawai perlu digam dan dilekatkan ke kain songket. Setelah kering, perlu digunting sekeliling rangka dawai tersebut.
Proses mencantum kelopak sama saja seperti mencantum kelopak bunga dip atau bunga stokin.
Bunga songket di atas belum lagi dijadikan bunga pahar atau bunga dulang. Korsaj/corsage juga sesuai cuma kelopak utk bunga korsaj selalunya lebih kecil berbanding kelopak bunga berdiameter asas 5cm seperti dalam gambar.
Untuk yang berminat utk menempah, harga bunga pahar bunga songket bermula dari RM25 ke atas.

Kelas Asas Decoupage

Untuk yang mencari tempat untuk belajar asas decoupage, kelas akan diadakan pada 7 Oktober 2012 selama 2 jam 30 minit bertempat di Puchong. Yuran RM60, bahan utk kelas disediakan dan hasilnya boleh di bawa pulang. Kelas asas decoupage ini akan bermula dari jam 3 petang.
Peserta kelas akan diberi pilihan samada utk membuat decoupage di atas pinggan seramik atau bingkai bercermin dari IKEA.
Selain dari belajar asas mewarna permukaan yang akan di decoupage kan, menggunting dan menampal napkin, peserta juga akan di ajar teknik shading dan tracing kata-kata seterusnya mewarna wording berkenaan di atas medium yang telah dipilih.
Dengan kemahiran asas tersebut, peserta dapat menghasilkan seni decoupage di atas pelbagai jenis bahan terbuang di rumah seperti kuali lama, botol kaca, tin biskut dan lain-lain.

The Grandkids Decoupage Plaque

A friend found the wordings on Etsy and asked me whether I can make a decoupage plaque with the same wordings.
I found a floral decoupage napkin that look really nice and proposed to her. She likes it and I started to work on it. Since the main color of the flowers are dark purple, I decided to make it the color theme for the plaque.
The MDF board size is quite big, 46cm in width and 28cm in height. If anyone interested to custom made a plaque like this, I’m selling it for RM60 not inclusive of postage.

BungaTelur.com On Selamat Pagi 1Malaysia

I was invited by Puan Hasnia from RTM1 for a DIY slot on Selamat Pagi 1Malaysia on Saturday 22nd September 2012. It was aired around 8:20am.
It was a first time experience for me to be on a TV show. I was told to be at Wisma TV, Angkasapuri by 7am.
After the make up session, I set up the table with some decoupage items and gubahan hantaran that I brought along for the show.
I was asked by the producer to show how to do decoupage on the material. The host was great as she only got to know about decoupage like 10 minutes before the show. I tried to inform her as much as possible so that she’ll have some ideas on what to ask me.
Most of the question asked were expected but some I just have to come out with spontaneous answers..haha!

More Design For Decoupage Door Hanger

For the past 2 weeks (or more?) I have been working on these door hangers. I have 9 door hangers to be completed. Sometimes I am out of ideas on how to arrange and seal the decoupage napkin on that MDF pieces.
After I have chosen the design, I will have to sit back and imagine what kind of shading to be done on each piece so that it will suit the flower designs. Usually I will end up with safe color like red, pink and gold.
At times I try to come out from the safe zone and try colors like green or purple.
So what is your favorite color when it comes to craft?

Decoupage on Door Hanger

I made this door hanger using decoupage technique to be given as token of appreciation for friends who have invited us for Hari Raya open house.
If anyone is interested to buy, I’m selling it at RM12 per piece. You can customize the wordings on the front side of the door hanger.
